So basically this time last year Joseph and I started really focusing on fitness. We fell off the wagon and have kind of been on and off since. This summer i gained back the weight I had lost (from 125 to 115.7 last September-halloween). I came back to the city for school weighing in at 128! some days more! ouch! As of this morning I am at 124.8 and my goal is to get down to 115 by Halloween and to continue with living a Healthy and Fit lifestyle. This month will be extreme, I will be counting calories and recording all my workouts in an effort to drop the 10lbs in one month.
Things to know about my body type- my bra size is 34D (or 32DD). genetics i guess. They don’t seem to go away, even at my lowest weight. I carry a lot of muscle in my thighs, so even at their smallest, they are muscular. I am not a fan of them, but they are strong and I have to learn to love them. So as much as I would love to be a 100lb girl, I don’t know how realistic that is. Ultimately my goal is anywhere from 108-110. But for now 115 is my end of October goal :)

Oct. 2- 124.8lbs
Breakfast: Green tea (0) + Naked Juice Green Machine (270)
Snack: Tuna in water (100) w/Jalapenos, mustard, and tapatio (~5)

So far today I have done about 50 minutes of power walking (my campus is a little more than a mile away from my house, I walked to and from) and I will be hitting the gym at around 4pm.
