Hey everyone!
So basically this time last year Joseph and I started really focusing on fitness. We fell off the wagon and have kind of been on and off since. This summer i gained back the weight I had lost (from 125 to 115.7 last September-halloween). I came back to the city for school weighing in at 128! some days more! ouch! As of this morning I am at 124.8 and my goal is to get down to 115 by Halloween and to continue with living a Healthy and Fit lifestyle. This month will be extreme, I will be counting calories and recording all my workouts in an effort to drop the 10lbs in one month.
Things to know about my body type- my bra size is 34D (or 32DD). genetics i guess. They don’t seem to go away, even at my lowest weight. I carry a lot of muscle in my thighs, so even at their smallest, they are muscular. I am not a fan of them, but they are strong and I have to learn to love them. So as much as I would love to be a 100lb girl, I don’t know how realistic that is. Ultimately my goal is anywhere from 108-110. But for now 115 is my end of October goal :)

Oct. 2- 124.8lbs
Breakfast: Green tea (0) + Naked Juice Green Machine (270)
Snack: Tuna in water (100) w/Jalapenos, mustard, and tapatio (~5)

So far today I have done about 50 minutes of power walking (my campus is a little more than a mile away from my house, I walked to and from) and I will be hitting the gym at around 4pm.

Day 2 of the challenge and I feel great.
Yesterday I did about 4 miles of running/jogging. You can follow me on myfitnesspal username is josephgood . My current weigh in is at 185.8.
Yesterday started off rough, i had a slice of the Cheesecake Factory’s Pina Colada Cheesecake at 1050 calories per slice, but after my cardio and eating healthy the rest of the day, I ended at +367 calories which is good, I stayed in my goal.
Today started off right, I had a bowl of rice crispies (im obsessed with them all of a sudden) obviously without sugar and I had 1cup and 1cup of fat free milk . That was a combined total of 194 calories for breakfast.
I went for a 15 min jog, approximately 1.5 miles, and that burned 233 calories.
I am currently eating Cambell’s 100% natural mexican-style chicken tortilla, which is my favorite soup…I usually add some cholula hot sauce to it for spicier flavor.

Hello Tumblr!
Today we are starting our 30 day Halloween challenge to get into shape.
This blog will be dedicated to both ladies and guys as well.
Goals: Ultimately we both want to lose a bit of body fat, while gaining lean muscle. We will do this with a mixture of gym exercises, cardio, and eating healthy (healthier ;P)!
